General
We will respond to all email inquiries within 24 hours.
Installation and configuration assistance are done remotely, if necessary. This additional service is free.
Delivery of subscriptions
After your payment, you will receive an instant confirmation email.
We will send you your login details within a maximum of 8 hours after your purchase (usually much faster).
A second email will be sent to you after creating and configuring your account with your subscription details. If you have not received your order after 8 hours, contact us but check your spam folder beforehand.
The countdown to your subscription begins as soon as the delivery email is sent.
If you checkout before the end date of your current subscription, you can keep the same account. This will ensure that services continue to operate uninterrupted and even after its expiration the same account remains on our servers before being deleted.
Important
Our IPTV subscriptions can be installed on multiple devices, but only one stream will work at the same time (only one connection is allowed at a time).
Attempting to rebroadcast channels is prohibited. If we detect an attempt to share a channel, your account will be banned without a refund.
The IPTV channel list is not a definitive list, we can change, add or delete any channel at any time without warning.

Payments
– We accept payment by credit or debit cards (MasterCard, Visa or American Express).
– You can also pay by cryptocurrency directly via our website.
Refunds
Before ordering a long-term subscription, remember to test, we offer entry packs for each of our servers:
- Basic server: 1 month plan.
- Medium Server: 1 month plan.
- Premium Server: 1 month plan.
- VIP server: 1 month plan.
CASES OF NON-REFUND:
1. All 1-month plans are non-refundable.
2. All other Basic, Medium, Premium and VIP plans after 24-hour delivery. The only case in which you can request a refund is if you are unable to take advantage of your subscription due to a technical block that we have been unable to help you resolve.
